• The assistant can look up our plans and prices, phone compatibility, network coverage and help articles. It cannot buy anything, change anything, or see any account or order.
• We receive only the requests the assistant makes to our tools (for example a country or phone model). We never receive your conversation with the assistant.
• No sign-in is required and we don't receive your name or email address from the assistant.
• We keep short-lived operational logs of these requests (tool name and time) for up to 7 days to keep the service running and secure, and a per-IP rate-limit counter that expires after one hour.
• We don't sell this data or use it to train AI models.
• The AI provider's own privacy policy governs what it does with your conversation. You can remove the eSIM Now connector at any time in your assistant's settings.
