We may offer a referral program that lets existing customers ('referrers') invite new customers ('friends') using a unique referral code. Participation is voluntary and subject to the following terms:

• Friend discount: A friend who applies a valid referral code receives 20% off their first eSIM purchase only. The discount does not apply to any subsequent purchases.
• Referrer reward: The referrer earns $1.00 in eSIM-Now store credit for each referred new customer who completes a first purchase using the referrer's code. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be used only toward eSIM purchases on our website.
• Cool-off period: Earned credit is frozen for 30 days after the referred purchase before it clears and becomes available to use.
• Expiration: Once cleared, store credit expires 6 months after it becomes available. Expired credit cannot be reinstated.
• Eligibility: Referral rewards apply to new customers only. Self-referrals are not permitted, and only one reward may be earned per referred customer.
• Reversal and forfeiture: Credit is reversed if the qualifying purchase is refunded or charged back. All credit is forfeited if the account is banned or if we detect fraud or abuse of the program.
• Program changes: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
